The last few days I have been 118-119 and then last night i had like 3 plates of pasta...WAY too much like i went so over my calorie limit i dont even want to think about it. But this morning i was 119.8, still under 120! My starting weight was like 135 but I definitely saw 138-140 on the scale a few times after a few days of eating badly, so the fact that after i ate so much i was still under 120 is a HUGE accomplishment. like i lost 15 pounds of actual weight but with muscle gain factored in its probably more like 20lbs.
these are some progress pictures. sadly, the only good ones i have left are from when i was 130, not 135, so this only shows a 10 pound difference, but its still pretty big considering im only 5'1. I also have gained muscle from field hockey, so the difference is probably a little over 10 lbs.

and the lighting is different because the first one i took at night and my light makes my room yellow i dont know why and the second picture was taken in the morning so the lighting was natural and i moved the mirror to a different spot but its the same mirror and stuff im standing a little different though but you can ttell theres a difference and im wearing the same exact compression shorts and they are way longer on me now!!
also we were ordering warm ups for field hockey and i was like wow what size should i get and my coach told me that if i didnt want to wear a hoodie under it(which i dont) i should get a small jacket! wooooo! she said medium pants tho but she was like you want loose pants because theyre more comfortable she didnt say medium like yeah you need a medium u feel me and its womens sizing not unisex! im gonna have to get the pants tailored though because theyre gonna be so long haha
we also had a scrimmage and i played so well like i am so proud of myself i love field hockey so much and i feel so much more comfortable without the extra 15 pounds that i had on me last year and my skills are better and i am faster. i am SO SO SO excited for the season like i am going to burst.
